Quit Trying to Quit and QUIT!
With so many quit-smoking programs and products available, the process of quitting itself can be overwhelming. More often than not, these solutions fail to work long-term, because they are only addressing the addiction to the nicotine, rather than the mental addiction, which makes quitting so difficult.
If you have tried traditional methods to quit smoking, with no results, maybe it is time to try something new.
Stress
Stress is a normal part of life, but for some, it can create severe physical and emotional health issues. The better we learn to manage it and reduce it, the better off we are. Hypnosis can be an easy and effective way to do just that! Hypnosis takes you into a deeply relaxed state, which is essential to both reduce and manage stress.
By making an appointment today, you can begin to reduce the adverse effects of stress in your life.
Anxiety
Anxiety has many causes, and if you have it, you already know what it feels like and how it impacts your life. What you need to know is how to free yourself and decrease the frequency of it. Hypnosis and the tools of hypnosis we provide not only help you get that relief but teaches you how to start breaking down the clusters of anxiety that you have. You are not an anxious person; you are a person who is anxious. Learning how to change is the first step towards freeing you from your anxious world and find a more peaceful life we all desire.
sports
Thousands of athletes have recognized that the power of their mental state has a positive effect on their sports performance. Sports performance has much to do with psychic abilities and is 80% mental! Hypnosis has been used for years to help professional athletes enhance their natural ability.
Successful athletes can control their minds during sports performance, preventing giving into their nerves and helping them perform at their best. Hypnosis seeks to engage the athlete’s mind positively to help focus on achieving their goals. Being able to control negative thoughts and emotions is the basis of sports psychology and can often be achieved through Hypnosis.
Pain
Hypnosis is likely to be effective for most people suffering from diverse forms of pain. In recent years, the evidence for Hypnosis to decrease sensitivity to pain has been supported by well-controlled experiments. In a 2003 review of clinical studies, it was found that Hypnosis was associated with significant reductions in: ratings of pain, need for pain medication, nausea and vomiting, and length of stay in hospitals. Hypnosis has also been associated with a better overall outcome after medical treatment and greater physiological stability. Hypnotic techniques for the relief of acute pain are superior to standard care, and often better than other recognized treatments for pain.
Chronic pain, which continues beyond the usual time to recover from an injury, usually involves inter-related psychosocial factors and requires a more complex procedure than that for acute pain. In the case of chronic pain, it has been found that Hypnosis is consistently better than receiving no treatment at all and equivalent to treatments involving relaxation.
You should always consult with your doctor about your pain first. We require a doctor’s referral for all clients that want to see us for hypnosis pain control.
Fear
Many people have fears that can interfere with their ability to lead a normal life. Hypnosis is a natural treatment that has been shown to help people overcome their fears.
Hello Wally!
I attended one session with you last summer in preparation for a presentation I was giving at a university (fear of public speaking). While we were at it, you also addressed my fear of flying.
I have now done two of those presentations at the same university and enjoyed the last one so much that I just accepted a position teaching pathophysiology course for a local college.
For Christmas, I booked a cruise to Alaska for my husband. Going to Alaska was a lifelong dream of his, but since I would not fly, he thought he would never go. Before I say you, I would have never even though about getting on an airplane. Two weeks ago, I did just that and actually did not mind it too much. In fact, we are talking about flying directly into Detchikan next year!
I want to thank you for what you have done for me. Just that one session had made a massive difference in my life. I never came back because I really didn’t need to-
Thank you so much, and God bless; you have positively changed this girl for the better
